Nature of the creation : A header (banner + links), as if you were making it for a website, but don't cut it.
Size (pixels) : 700*150
Animation : No
Theme : Collin has a manga RPG forum.  He wants a small website for his board, but he's not very skillful in graphics, so he would like you to make his header for his website.
I don't tell the manga serie's name, you choose it.  You are free to choose Dragon Ball, Full Metal Alchemist, Naruto or any manga you know a bit.
Images : You must use a manga render related to the serie you chose (dbz, naruto, death note, full metal alchemist, etc.)

(NOTE : You must be registered to get them full sized and transparent)
Main Color : Whatever suits with the render and theme you chose
Font to use : Any comic-type font => http://www.dafont.com
Text to include : A title is compulsory and a short site description are compulsory, you write whatever you like.
For the links : Home, Forum, Characters, FAQ, Links
Font color : For the title, whatever suits best.  For the links, a good contrast is advised.
Border : No border
Extra comment : If you need any English tutorial related to sigs, you can look at GimpTalk Forum.  For Blood, you can also look for French docs at Gimp Attitude, its affiliate website and at Projet Gimp.
